• Visual Inspection of the exterior, landscaping and any outside damage
• Removal of any papers, junk mail
• Place mail and deliveries inside house per client. An extra charge may apply.
• Visual inspection of the interior, for any water leaks, mold or mildew
• Check that all doors and windows are locked
• Check garage and make sure garage door is functional
• AC temperature monitoring, per client
• Humidistat monitoring, per client
• Change AC filters on most units, if accessible. Owner supplies filters
• Flush AC dripline monthly, if requested, where accessible (no attic units)
• Visual inspection of circuit breaker and smoke detectors
• Check refrigerators, sinks, faucets, showers, shower heads, water heater and tubs for leaks
• Turn water on/off at all faucets, flush and clean toilet bowls, check sinks, traps, drains, garbage disposal
• Pest and rodent check, inside and out
• Check for irrigation leaks, visual only
• Visual pool, pool pump and lanai inspection, including cage screen and cage floor
• Water plants per client (additional charge may apply)
• Check to make sure all areas, i.e., pool, landscaping, etc., are being maintained by vendors
• Water on/off, per client
• Inspection list will be e-mailed at each visit with appropriate photos as needed
• As part of our service, prior to beginning a new service, we will check your home for any pre-existing conditions. Visual only, interior/exterior.
